Job Description

Looking for 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Domain Expert in the travel industry, with a focus on de-icing operations. -Experience with De-icing/Airport technologies and systems. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards related to de-icing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to the travel industry preferably De-icing or Airports.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in product and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Data Analysis: Analyze travel data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry regulations and manage any associated risks.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the travel industry preferably De-icing or Airports, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data and business processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the travel industry.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Agile knowledge: Good understanding of agile ceremonies and artifacts.
