Our client is seeking a Mortgage Product Manager to join their team at a pivotal time for the business. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the mortgage acquisition and retention strategy for a leading challenger in the Irish mortgage market.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering initiatives that drive customer and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve mortgage acquisition and retention strategies to support business growth.
• Develop and manage mortgage product propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Own customer engagement touchpoints, including website content and collateral, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to enhance the overall customer proposition.
• Drive business change through effective change management practices.
• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns with a clear ROI focus.
• Monitor mortgage book performance in line with business and regulatory expectations, including CRPA requirements.
• Maintain a strong value proposition with a focus on customer experience across multiple channels.
• Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor research and analysis to inform strategy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' product management experience within financial services
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, including regulatory & operational frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing commercial product development and marketing projects.
• Results-driven with experience achieving ambitious sales and retention targets.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of P&L drivers.
• Self-starter with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving progress independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
• Strong awareness of the housing and mortgage market landscape.
• Experience developing and managing digital customer channels desirable
