What you’ll be doing
- Analyzing and solving customer support requests related to authorisations, payments, currency exchange, and platform usage (iOS, Android, Web).
- Handling onboarding support – helping clients through KYC/KYB processes using tools like Sumsub.
- Managing account activation, setup, and customisation based on specific client needs.
- Working with our internal platform and coordinating with external partners like Twillio, Sumsub, and others.
- Monitoring, documenting, and troubleshooting technical issues, escalating when necessary.
- Delivering support that reflects Transferra’s high standards – fast, clear, and friendly.
What we expect
- Previous experience in a customer/technical support role (ideally in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking).
- Solid understanding of how mobile/web platforms work and interact with APIs.
- Familiarity with onboarding flows, KYC/KYB, and compliance procedures.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Languages: English, Latvian, Russian,
- A calm, proactive approach to solving problems and a natural curiosity for how things work.
