Mid Back End Developer | Team Lead

Are you a proactive and experienced Back End developer looking for an opportunty to become Team Lead while contributing to the evolution of both external and internal systems of our client? We're seeking a talented .NET Developer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania, with an option for remote work. In this role, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies to maintain and develop high-quality solutions for our client.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new and existing features to enhance functionality
  • Rebuild internal systems: new services, smooth rollouts, retiring legacy parts
  • Collaborate closely with the team to implement client requirements and create new systems
  • Apply best practices for clean code
  • Manage technical debt and ensure high-quality implementations
  • Lead and mentor the development team
  • Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies




Requirements

  • A minimum of 2+ years of .NET experience and Entity framework
  • WCF experience
  • MSSQL experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Strong written English communication skills




Nice to have

  • Experience with React
  • Experience with Blazor
