🌍 Senior Platform Engineer – CI/CD & Developer Tooling (Contract)

📍 Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Hybrid

🕒 Duration: 6-month rolling contract

Rate: Up to 60 eur per hour

A leading European financial technology organization is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join its Engineering Tooling team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming how developers deliver software across the enterprise—building and standardizing the CI/CD platforms that power a large-scale digital infrastructure.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Design and standardize GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines to deploy across AWS
• Build reusable GitHub Actions and workflows with a centralization-first mindset
• Migrate Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Workflows
• Automate test integrations, infrastructure, and developer tooling via internal platforms
• Drive platform stability, security, and scalability in a highly regulated environment
• Create internal documentation and self-service solutions for development teams

🧠 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps and platform engineering experience
• Deep experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud: workflows, custom actions (JavaScript/Composite)
• Strong background in Azure DevOps and pipeline template design
• Experience deploying to AWS and working with Terraform (IaC)
• Proficiency in containerized environments (OpenShift or Kubernetes)
• Solid programming skills in either C# or Go
