Blockchain and Quantum Technologies Group at the VU Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics (Vilnius University) is inviting motivated candidates to apply for fully funded PhD positions in Quantum Computing!

🔬 Research Topics

We welcome applicants interested in:

• Quantum Machine Learning

• Quantum Optimization

⚙️ With applications in: logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and other real-world domains.

PhD research will focus on investigating and developing quantum and hybrid algorithms for practical challenges such as: vehicle routing, scheduling, drug discovery, and other complex problems.

💡 Research directions can be adapted to each candidate’s interests and background.
