Role Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer at Cyberr, you will play a crucial role in shaping our platform’s user experience. Your primary focus will be designing our landing page and overall website, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversion. We’re looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll work closely with our product, marketing, and development teams to create a seamless and dynamic online experience for both cybersecurity professionals and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop our website and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all users.
• Create a user interface that is not only visually appealing but also intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Ensure the design aligns with Cyberr’s brand identity and communicates the innovation behind our AI-driven platform.
• Design for both desktop and mobile, ensuring a responsive and optimized experience across all devices.
• Collaborate with developers to implement your designs efficiently, ensuring functionality and design are perfectly aligned.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user feedback.
• Regularly analyze user behavior and use data to drive continuous design improvements and optimizations.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the tech and cybersecurity industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly for complex platforms like AI-driven solutions.
• Strong experience in designing responsive, adaptive, and mobile-first websites.
• Ability to create designs from concept to execution with high attention to detail and precision.
• Solid understanding of how to balance aesthetics with usability to drive user engagement and conversions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
• A passion for design, innovation, and creating exceptional user experiences.
