Dotnet Developer

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background in enterprise-level application integration, architectural design, and solution development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with .NET technologies, API development (REST, SOAP), and integration patterns in complex business environments. You will be responsible for developing and integrating cross-functional applications, aligning business needs with technical solutions, and ensuring seamless system interoperability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop enterprise and solution-level architectural designs for integration projects.

✅ Oversee the integration of cross-functional applications across disparate business units and systems.

✅ Conduct business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.

✅ Design, build, and maintain APIs and integration solutions using .NET technologies.

✅ Ensure integration solutions comply with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration strategies with business goals and objectives.

✅ Apply risk management methodologies within integration and software engineering practices.

✅ Conduct system and software quality assurance following best practices and methodologies.

✅ Support project management activities within project-based work structures and lifecycle models.

✅ Utilize XML constructs, schemas, and related standards in data integration.

✅ Implement and support Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) standards and integration patterns.

Required Skills & Competencies:

✔️ 9+ years of direct experience in enterprise-level application integration.

✔️ Proven experience in enterprise and solution architectural design.

✔️ Expertise in overseeing integration of applications across multiple systems and business units.

✔️ Strong background in .NET programming and ASP.NET 4.5 or higher.

✔️ Proficient in building APIs and web services using REST and SOAP protocols.

✔️ Strong knowledge of relational database design and management techniques.

✔️ Experience with XML constructs, schemas, and data mapping.

✔️ Good understanding of event-driven standards and integration patterns.

✔️ Solid exposure to project management practices, software lifecycle, and methodology development.

✔️ Strong focus on system/software quality assurance best practices.

✔️ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to risk management in integration contexts.

✔️ Strong understanding of business needs and end-user requirements.

✔️ Ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals and objectives.

Desirable Skills:

⭐ Familiarity with middleware or enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.

⭐ Knowledge of microservices and containerized deployment patterns.

⭐ Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
