Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

About the Role

As Affiliate Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing affiliate partnerships in the Dutch market. This includes engaging with influencers, educators, and crypto communities to boost user acquisition, trading volume, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the Dutch crypto ecosystem to drive affiliate strategy and execution.
• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant partners—including influencers, community leaders, and educational platforms.
• Performance Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns focused on user growth, content production, and trading activation through affiliate channels.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partners and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Growth & Expansion: Proactively explore opportunities to scale partnerships locally and cross-border.
• Collaboration: Work with internal product and marketing teams to optimize offerings based on market feedback.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing in the crypto or fintech space (Netherlands-specific)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Familiarity with crypto regulation and market behavior in the Netherlands

This is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam. Team members are expected to work at least 3 days per week in the office, with a preference for 4 days. The team is growing fast.
