Your Mission Will Be

  • Gather information and troubleshoot application integration issues;
  • Respond quickly and effectively to incidents;
  • Manage multiple concurrent issues with a sense of ownership;
  • Collaborate with the team to define and prioritize tasks effectively.

You Will Need

  • +3 years of experience as a SRE;
  • Strong Knowledge of microservices;
  • Proven proficiency in ELK, Prometheus or Grafana;
  • Experience with AWS cloud;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Coding experience (e.g., Python, .NET Core);
  • Knowledge of collaborative platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab).
