Role Description: Digital Business Analyst & Project Manager

Position Overview

The Digital Business Analyst & Project Manager will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying digital solutions, and ensuring that digital projects meet organizational requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of digital technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The person should be able to also pivot as a project manager, ensuring a seamless delivery of project, managing resources, stakeholder and anticipating risks and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for digital projects.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancements and automation.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design digital solutions that meet business needs and improve efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, monitor performance, and inform decision-making processes.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize business operations.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Identify and manage relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Project Planning & Support: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or project management, preferably in a digital or IT environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and management stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
