Position Overview:

The teams are part of the client business, the Financing entity. Within the client division, the GBTO/FTB (Financing & Transaction Banking) Information Systems division oversees the development and management of information systems related to structured finance activities (GLBA business line).

We are looking for 1 Technical Leader to join a multidisciplinary team composed of 1 Proxy Product Owner, 1 Technical Leader, 4 Developers and 1 Quality Analyst.

Within the team, your mission will mainly consist of verifying that good development practices are well-applied, developing new features, conducting new projects and ensuring support activities on web application aligned with digital transformation principles of client.

Project: 90 - 80 % Backend (Java) 10 - 20 % Frontend (Angular)

Your Responsibilities:

• Synchronization and sharing with the other teams in Paris and Bangalore
• Being responsible for homogenous development, promoting reuse and encouraging usage of transversal tools.
• Promoting simplicity in solutions and building solutions in small increments.
• Making sure best practices are followed across the team (TDD, BDD, documentation, ADR)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience
• Interest in banking domain

Language skills:

• Fluency in English
• French would be nice

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Full stack developer: JAVA, Spring framework, Angular, SQL
• Technical Expertise, good communication and team Player
• Problem solving, and analyzing mindset
• Strong written and communication skills
• Able to plan & Prioritize work

Activities:

• Participate in study, estimation and slicing of the backlog into user stories.
• Develop new features with high level of quality by following Craftmanship and devops practices
• Analyse and fix the errors/bugs as part of continuous improvement
• Share your code and knowledge with other team members and promote re-use.
• Write documentation to record architecture choices.
• Sharing within program community (Dev chapter)
