About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and support employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices.
• Support change management and organizational development efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience in an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
