Senior/Lead People Advisory Specialist

We are currently looking for a Senior/Lead People Advisory Specialist. This role focuses on organizational people management support and implementation of people processes and programs in a particular unit. In this role, you will support our managers and leaders in all EPAM HR processes as a Practice People Partner.

This role offers a hybrid model with 2 days working from our office in one of the locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Poland Primary People Partner on location strategy creation/implementation for the assigned units in Poland
• Support various HR processes (like employee experience management, motivation, retention, performance development) without supervision
• Align with the core leadership team and integrate input from the business into daily work
• Help the unit's management with an audit of the local programs, frameworks, introduce the perspective of local labor law compliance
• Contribute to townhalls and events inside the unit and promote employees’ attendance in the office
• Participate in the Shared Service Center and interact with different participants of the processes on various issues/tasks
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant general practice in the field of Human Resource/People Management, with at least 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist/People Advisory role
• Experience in supporting the HR function in a technology or commercial organization
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to establish constructive relationships, build trust, and provide counsel in a thoughtful, sensitive, and timely manner; be proactive, confident, energetic, and positive
• Good knowledge and practice of using Polish Labor Law and experience with HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention actions, and salary review will be an asset
• Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level
