Regional MKT Project Manager(A74958)

Responsibilities：

-Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for smartphone and AIoT products, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes;

-Integrated Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of various marketing channels (digital, social, PR, etc.). Specialization in one area is a plus;

-Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in smartphone and AIoT products, with a particular interest in Xiaomi’s ecosystem;

-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Sales, Retail, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution;

-Multicultural Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders across different regions and cultures, leveraging fluency in English. Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage;

-Market Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements：

-Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consumer electronics;

-Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality;

-Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, with expertise in at least one marketing channel (e.g., digital, social media, PR);

-Tech Passion: Deep interest in AIoT and smart devices;

-Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage;

-Multicultural Experience: Experience working in multicultural environments, with strong cross-cultural communication skills;

-Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
