Our initiative involves the integration of state-of-the-art digital solutions, including but not limited to 3D body scanning and a novel software we are developing. Role Overview

We’re seeking a visionary CTO to lead Sanne’s technology strategy and bring our ambitious fashion-tech project to life. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with entrepreneurial drive and experience in e-commerce or retail tech.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute Sanne’s technology roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to set clear IT and production priorities, goals, and timelines.
• Allocate IT resources effectively, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and agile delivery.

Product Development & Innovation

• Oversee development of our made-to-order e-commerce platform and back-end systems.
• Lead the integration of advanced technologies like AI-driven sizing algorithms and personalization engines.
• Ensure technical excellence in product solutions and manage technical delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with industrial and retail designers to implement our modular physical retail concept.

Infrastructure, Security & Operations

• Manage technology budgets and oversee IT infrastructure, data management, and security.
• Develop and implement robust disaster recovery and IT security plans.
• Ensure scalable, secure infrastructure capable of supporting global growth.
• Make strategic decisions around architecture, tools, and systems to support rapid innovation.

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

• Maintain strong strategic partnerships with key vendors, suppliers, and tech collaborators.
• Represent Sanne’s technical vision externally - whether to investors, partners, or the press.
• Lead communications with third-party development firms and technology service providers.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, clearly translating strategy and progress.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across design, marketing, production, and retail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally in fashion-tech, e-commerce, or retail innovation.
• Proficient in modern software development practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps.
• Strong track record of launching and scaling digital products and platforms.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, technical roadmaps, and vendor relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability and fashion innovation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
