Engineering Manager (Contractor)

Albany Growth are currently searching for multiple Engineering Managers on a Contract basis for a PE-backed SaaS client of ours.

We are looking for hands-on polyglot Engineering Manager's that have experience with one of more of the following:

• .NET Core/C# & Azure
• Full Microsoft Stack technologies
• Java & Kotlin
• PHP & Laravel

Requirements:

• Looking for Engineering Lead's with a modern mindset with experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile development teams.
• Can be a Principal Engineer who has recently transitioned into management. Able to lead, yet still close enough to the code.
• Experience with TDD, Agile environments.
• Strong architecture experience and practices.
• Modern delivery methods including general Agile, test-driven development, and building high-availability, self-healing platforms.

Our client are based in London and work on a hybrid model. We are looking for candidates that can be in the office 2 days on average per week.

This is an initial 6 month contract, Outside IR35 up to £700 per day.
