- 5+ years as a full-stack engineer
- Strong with React, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Docker
- Solid back-end chops in Node.js / Python
- Front-end excellence with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience working with media processing libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, FFmpeg)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Cloud deployment experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Strong debugging and system optimization skills
- Good English communication (we're a global team)
- Worked with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Experience with graph databases like Neo4j
- Experience architecting memory-based or context-retaining systems in AI apps
