We’re not competing with garage startups for tech grant dollars. We’re competing with sports sponsorships, TV ads, and high-profile events as a better path to consumer & enterprise adoption.

We have precedent for this ambitious ask, with our first prototype already funded by a $3M grant to XPRIZE. Today, we have more allies, a deeper roadmap, and a clear ROI business case for strategic grant investment in the project. Chains, exchanges, and on-ramp platforms are engaging. We’re finally positioned to absorb significant aligned grant capital, and we need someone who can seize that momentum, unlock ecosystems, and close deal after deal.

What You’ll Lead

Grant Intelligence & Capital Capture

• Build and own our grants pipeline across blockchain protocols, DAOs, DeFi platforms, and technology partners
• Craft custom narratives that turn heads, break through program caps, and close funding
• Track and chase emerging grant pools before they hit the mainstream
• Manage full grant lifecycles from prospecting to application to reporting
  
  

Ecosystem Navigation

• Forge and nurture relationships with decision-makers across Web3 funding chains, DAOs, ecosystem leads, and aligned VCs
• Stay ahead of market movements and token-based incentive structures
• Surface stealth funding opportunities that others overlook
  
  

Strategy & Integration

• Collaborate with product, finance, and tokenomics teams to align grant sourcing with ecosystem design
• Represent ImpactSoul in the most strategic conversations with protocol partners
• Help shape capital allocation models that serve both adoption and sustainability
  
  

You Bring

• 3-5+ years in grant strategy, business development, or ecosystem growth, with at least 3 within crypto or blockchain
• Deep familiarity with grant mechanics in Web3 (L1/L2 protocols, DAO governance, token incentives, milestone definitions)
• A persuasive writing voice and track record of winning competitive grants
• Strong relationships across DAOs, accelerators, and on-chain funding vehicles
• Comfort working across KYC-required and permissionless environments
• The ability to move fast, stay focused, and make smart bets in ambiguity
  
  

Compensation

• Base compensation (project-based or retainer negotiable)
• 3% - 5% commission on all successfully closed grants
• Potential for token-based upside as we grow
