Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned OTM Solution Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering end-to-end OTM solutions, leading migrations, enhancements, and upgrades across global clients. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise, along with leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and architect full-cycle OTM implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
• Design and deliver scalable and efficient OTM solutions that meet client business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rates, Contracts, Financials, and Automation Agents.
• Design and oversee integration with external systems (SAP, WMS, Custom Apps) using various middleware tools.
• Develop and enhance reports using BI Publisher and OTM native tools.
• Mentor team members, lead training sessions, and enforce best practices in solution delivery.
• Lead release management, performance tuning, and RPA-based automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support on patching, bug fixing, and service requests.
• Maintain end-to-end documentation and manage UAT, Go-live, and post-implementation support.

• OTM Versions: OTM 6.3.5, 6.4.1, 6.4.2, 6.4.3, OTM Cloud (up to 24B)
• Languages & Tools: SQL, PL/SQL, XSLT, JSPX, HTML, CSS, SQL Developer, HPQC, Putty, Jira, Confluence, Altova
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
• Integrations: SAP, WMS, Custom Applications
• Middleware: Experience in multiple middleware platforms for interfacing
• Reporting: BI Publisher, OTM Reports Migration
