ROLE - Senior HVAC Engineer

Location - Oman

Salary - 500 OMR

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to lead,

supervise, and actively work alongside a team of HVAC technicians in the operation and

maintenance of Data Center HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on

technical expertise in chillers, CRAC/CCU units, AHUs, split units, and more, along with

leadership and coordination skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid Oman

driving license and broad familiarity with critical infrastructure systems such as UPS, FDAS,

and access control.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience: 8 to 10 years in data center HVAC operations, including hands-on and

supervisory experience, preferably in the GCC region.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Technology.

License: Valid Omani Driving License preferred.

Technical Skills:

o Strong hands-on expertise in HVAC diagnostics, repair, and optimization.

o Familiarity with integrated systems like UPS, FDAS, DG, and access control.

o Proficient in maintenance platforms for scheduling and tracking maintenance.

Software Proficiency:

o Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, teams.

Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage and collaborate with technical teams while

aligning with organizational priorities.

Job Description

 Maintain accurate inventory of critical spare parts.

 Raise material requests and liaise with client to ensure timely availability.

 Verify technical specifications of parts.

Documentation & Reporting:

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical and performance reports.

 Document equipment records, breakdown analysis, and performance trends.
