Supply Staffing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the staffing process from start to finish, ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will communicate with candidates and projects, support hiring managers, and help manage administrative tasks related to the process. This position requires strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking skills, particularly in an IT services environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of bench employees, including skills, availability, and project history
• Match available resources with incoming project demands based on skillset, location, and availability
• Collaborate with the project side to understand role requirements and timelines
• Propose proactively bench candidates for open positions
• Coordinate internal interviews or technical evaluations as part of the internal allocation process
• Track staffing metrics
• Track improvement points in candidate profiles and work closely with resource managers
• Maintain accurate records in staffing/resource management systems
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Fluency in English, with a minimum B1/B2 level for effective communication

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support roles
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle changing priorities
• Ability to handle urgent staffing requests and prioritize conflicting demands effectively
