Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong iOS Tech Lead who thrives in an individual contributor (IC) capacity. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong product thinking, and the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, owning architectural decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a world-class iOS experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex iOS features and frameworks.
• Proactively identify tech gaps, drive initiatives, and own end-to-end delivery with minimal guidance.
• Ensure technical excellence in code, performance, and system design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build seamless user experiences.
• Solve ambiguous problems through critical thinking and experimentation.
• Contribute to code reviews, mentoring, and fostering a culture of quality and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest iOS trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of strong hands-on iOS development experience.
• Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Swift; knowledge of SwiftUI is a strong plus.
• Exposure to streaming media (audio/video), background tasks, caching, etc., is a big advantage.
• Prior experience in top-tier product companies or high-growth startups is a significant plus.
