• Business analysts are responsible for using data to inform strategic business decisions

• Evaluating business processes for efficiency cost and other valuable metrics
• Communicating insights with business teams and key stakeholders
• Preparing strategic recommendations for process improvements and optimization
• Draft and maintain user stories for each sprint and work closely with technical teams during implementation
• Ensure that product developed meets the expectation of the business
• Primary skills needed critical thinking problemsolving communication and process improvement
• professionals must have a firm understanding of Insurance Brokers objectives and procedures
• Business analysts must have at least a working knowledge of the Big Data Solutions and AWS
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs Word Outlook and Excel
• Ability to exercise independent thinking and have a solutionoriented mindset
