Job Description:

Client is seeking an organizational coach to embed an agile mindset within the General Directorate of Digital Services and expand the principles of Sociocracy 3.0. The role also includes leading the Scrum Master Guild.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Master’s degree, with trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• 30 years of proven experience in IT, specializing in coaching, team leadership, and management support for Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles.
• Solid experience in project management, ensuring effective execution of Agile frameworks.

Certifications & Training

• Certified in:
• Scrum Master
• Scrum Professional
• Scrum Product Owner
• Proven completion of training in:
• Kanban
• Lean Product Management
• Lean Change Agent
• OKR (Objectives & Key Results)
• Management 3.0
• Sociocracy 3.0
• ITIL

Responsibilities

• Embed agile methodologies within the General Directorate of Digital Services.
• Expand Sociocracy 3.0 principles across relevant departments.
• Lead and manage the Scrum Master Guild, ensuring alignment with Agile frameworks.
• Coach teams and management to reinforce Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
• Provide training on Scrum methodology, including Fundamentals, Scrum Master, and Product Owner certifications.
• Apply expertise in visual facilitation and Liberating Structure techniques to enhance engagement and collaboration.
