Supply Chain Project Manager

We are working with a large global manufacturing client who wishes to hire a junior project manager to join their supply chain team. The role will focus on managing supply chain reporting, collaborating with multiple divisions and entities overseas.

It is a great role for somebody with knowledge and interest in supply chains to develop their project management skills and oversee process improvements and reporting.

The role will require at least 3 days per week onsite in Co Cavan - Own Transport is Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance data reporting processes within the supply chain function.
• Work with subsidiaries and divisions to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
• Engage with key stakeholders to standardise and optimize data collection methods.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in data management.
• Monitor compliance with data reporting standards and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business units to align reporting needs.

About You:

• Around 3+ years of overall experience, ideally with some exposure to data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data reporting and management, though deep technical expertise is not required.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience in project coordination or process improvement.
• Ability to work across multiple business units in a global, complex organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
