Project Manager

This role will blend structured project management with hands on business analysis to lead on strategic implementations and deepen client relationships.

Working closely with other team members you will lead the delivery of key software projects - from discovery to go live - while defining system requirements and driving operational readiness. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead the end to end delivery of software implementation and enhancement projects
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Elicit and document business requirements and use cases
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocations
• Co-ordinate with internal and external partners to seamless execution
• Oversee UAT processes and training plans
• Management of risks and changes effectively to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Support commercial expansion by identifying upselling or change order opportunities
• Maintain strong and trusted relationships with key client stakeholders

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role - business analyst, project manager or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects - ideally within a SaaS environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - experiencing working in client facing roles
• Commercial mindset - Ability to balance delivery with client satisfaction and account growth
• Adaptable to project management methodologies - agile and waterfall
• Excellent documentation skills such as creation of functional specifications and test plans

Please note this is a remote role but may required travel for adhoc meetings in either Kilkenny or Cork.
