Cloud DevOps Engineer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a professional Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our UniQue Ispra team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

Support the daily operations and monitoring of cloud-based services and infrastructure
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of services through proactive maintenance and automation
Collaborate with project teams to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure for new initiatives
Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker
Automate deployment processes using tools like Ansible and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Maintain and enhance DevOps practices, workflows, and toolchains (GitLab, Git)
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments
Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies
Continuously improve existing processes and infrastructure for greater efficiency and reliability

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in{{:}
} Kubernetes and Docker platform
s Automation tools such as Ansible and GitLab CI/C
D DevOps platforms (e.g., GitLab
) Source code management tools (e.g., Git
) Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
)Strong understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS
)Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skill
sAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a tea
mGood knowledge of Englis
