As a Value Added Services Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our smart electricity solutions product portfolio, from conception to launch and beyond. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities specifically within the smart electricity solutions domain
• Developing and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs, with a focus on innovative electricity solutions that add value to our customers
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the smart electricity sector
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure successful product development and launches of smart electricity services
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements, ensuring our solutions meet evolving customer needs and industry standards
• Presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting the impact of smart electricity solutions on our business goal
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the smart electricity sector to inform product strategy and maintain our competitive edge
  
  
  

Required for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy or related field
• Proven experience in product management, strong understanding of the electricity market, smart grid technologies, and value-added services
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners

Salary range for this position group: is 2724 to 4086 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
