Talent Management Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing all talent management processes in partnership with HRIS, as well as providing essential logistical support for our Learning & Development (L&D) organization.

About The Role

Talent Management Processes:

• Manage and execute goal setting, mid-year review, annual review, talent calibration, in partnership with HRIS
• Continuously optimize the talent management processes based on steakeholder experience and feedback
• Ensure all talent management processes are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with HR partners and managers regarding process completion and effectiveness
• Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and update talent management systems and tools
  
  
  
  

Training Tracking And Communications Support

• Support tracking of training progress and completion within the L&D organization
• Assist in creating and distributing training communications to employees
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with training requirements
  
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Talent Management, or similar positions
• Familiarity with talent management best practices and processes is a strong advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities

The salary range for this position is 2400 EUR gross – 2600 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
