Job Title: Anaconda Enterprise Engineer / Python Engineer
Location: Luxembourg
Employment Type: 1 year contract + Extension
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled on Python Engineer to join our client that is in the public sector in Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python libraries and packages tailored to user and organizational needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain modern APIs with an emphasis on resilience, scalability, availability, and security.
- Support our cloud transformation initiatives, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
- Ensure compatibility of Python packages with Anaconda Distribution and other major Python ecosystems.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, with experience writing and maintaining production-grade code.
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with Python package managers, particularly Conda.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security scanning tools.
- Solid grasp of data science principles; experience with machine learning or MLOps is a plus.
- Proficiency in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
