🔎 We are looking for a Senior Agile & Transformation Coach to join a transformation journey that blends agile practices, technical coaching, and organizational change.

MAIN TASKS:

• Lead coaching missions across IT & non-IT teams
• Guide the adoption of agile, lean, and DevOps practices
• Facilitate workshops, define coaching strategies, and monitor results
• Contribute to transversal initiatives: new tools, processes, communities
• Promote clean code principles, TDD, and software craftsmanship

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Strong experience in Agile coaching and transformation
• Technical knowledge: CI/CD, Docker, API testing, TDD, clean code
• Ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of SAST (such as SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ or alternative)
• Knowledge of Docker, Container and Groovy
• Participate in API automation testing because you will consider it part of your development activities
• Test management
• Soft Skills: analytical thinking, facilitation, active listening, adaptability
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
