Global Project Manager Implementation & Change (SPOC - cross program)

Global Project Manager Implementation & Change (SPOC - cross program)

Location: South Europe

your typical day includes

As a deployment manager you are part of the cross program team of implementation and change management specialists. You will report to the cross program leadership team and the cross program implementation manager. The key responsibility is to serve as the primary point of contact between the central program teams and the local deployment manager(s) and team(s). You are working together with the local deployment manager(s), basically a 1-1 with that person. You are responsible for the link between the market/country and the global programs, sharing insights, feedback and concerns in both directions. This is a two-way role. From the market/country perspective you are the single point of contact for the various programs, relevant for the deployment. From the global perspective you guide the OPCO with the runbook(s) and also enforce this standard way of working. You oversee the progress of implementation and change management, closely monitoring milestones. Using the status updates you proactively identify (potential) bottlenecks or issues and work with the relevant people and teams to address them properly.

You establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at both the country level and within the central teams. You ensure strong communication and collaboration channels to support a reliable go live in the market/country.

In preparation of and during the deployment of the programs you will frequently be onsite in the market/country you work for. This does not mean it is a permanent in-market/country job, but you do visit frequently, certainly at important milestones. You are the intermediate between all workstreams local and all workstreams in all contributing programs global. That means you need to understand the full package of implementation: change management and implementation for the collective cross-program scope of strategy, organization, process and technology. This includes communication, data migration, IT-streams. It is not your job to be a single point of failure, we have specialists talk to/with specialists. We assume communication and escalation processes to be put in place, but you will be the go to person in case they fall short or when people need extra help to get things done or get issues mitigated.

You play a role in the local and in the global governance. You are part of the deployment management group, the governing body in the market/country.
