About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, independent, and accountable Team Lead to join our SaaS products group. SaaS is paving our client's path into cloud-based solutions.
You will lead a team of experts forming infrastructure and best practices for all future cloud-based products.

You Are

An open person who can communicate his opinions with a variety of stakeholders as well as accept others’ approaches, you understand complex systems and able to simplify and explain it to others.
You believe in clean code. You can write readable and maintainable code and teach it to others.
You are experienced with SW engineering best practices (testing, code review and design patterns)

You will be able to influence the first SaaS based products, how they are architected, developed, deployed, and measured
You will be coordinating with different teams in Israel and abroad building a platform that allows customers to shorten the time it takes to find the evidence that will crack the case

As Team Lead You Should Be Able To

Lead an inspiring team with open communication and knowledge sharing
Work in a rapidly changing environment, extract the most valuable aspect of new feature so you could help the team meet their targets
Make your voice heard in architecture and design sessions

Requirements

5+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
Manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality
Manage a cross-functional team including developers, QA, and DevOps
Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React) and back-end technologies (Node.js)
Strong experience with cloud services, particularly AWS (e.g., EKS, S3, Lambda, OpenSearch)
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., GitHub)
Experience with managing SaaS applications in production
Extensive knowledge of DevOps workflows, including infrastructure as code (Terraform), packaging and deployment (Helm), and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
Proven ability to design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available systems
