We are currently looking for a communicative, proactive and organized person, to join our Payroll and Personnel Administration team, as Human Resources Generalist.

What you will do:
- You will manage employee personnel files (preparing employment contracts, additional acts to individual employment contracts, decisions, various personnel registers);
- You will provide specific information to authorized stakeholders (internal and external clients, internal and external audit, state control bodies);
- You will update employees' work schedules according to work plans;
- You will centralize and maintain registers for employee vacation and medical leave;
- You will manage the input of necessary information needed for payroll calculation on the SAP database (annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, overtime, various aids according to CCMU);
- You will enter data into REVISAL and ensure its transmission to the Territorial Labor Inspectorate;
- You will handle various withholdings (guarantees, penalties, garnishments, etc.);
- You will provide various certificates requested by employees or former employees, in accordance with the data extracted from personal files or existing archives;
- You will prepare and deliver statistical reports to the National Institute of Statistics.
- High school diploma required (bachelor’s degree preferred);
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of human resources processes;
- Understanding of labor laws and payroll;
- Proficiency in SAP - PA and SAP - PY;
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Ability to manage a high volume of documents and information;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Attention to detail;
- Autonomy, initiative, and commitment;
