🏢 Client: A leading provider of secure cash management and logistics solutions

📋 Contract: 1 year, with possibility of extension

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for one of our major clients — a well-known player in secure financial logistics and cash solutions. The organization serves large national retailers and banks, supporting highly critical operational flows. The environment is tech-driven, with internal product development and a strong focus on customer experience and process optimization.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of digital products by translating complex customer and business needs into practical, value-adding solutions. Working closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure that the solutions delivered are aligned with customer expectations and market demands.

You’ll report to the Manager Business Analysts, with overall accountability under the Product / IT Director.

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Creating Customer Value

• Design customer journeys and analyze customer satisfaction
• Conduct market and user research to identify pain points and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to map needs
• Support rollout and adoption of new features and solutions

Requirement Gathering & Prioritization

• Work with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements
• Prioritize needs using frameworks like MoSCoW
• Document user stories and define acceptance criteria

Defining Solutions

• Develop and co-create solution designs with architects and dev teams
• Convert business insights into development-ready inputs

Supporting Delivery

• Guide and validate functional implementation of features
• Verify solutions against requirements
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and customer value validation

Risk Management

• Spot and communicate risks early in the process
• Help ensure smooth and secure implementation through risk mitigation

Your Profile

• HBO degree in IT, commercial economics, or business administration
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or similar roles
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirement analysis
• Knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN), user stories, and data modeling
• Able to work independently and structure your own work
• Fluent in Dutch (must-have)
