Job Description

We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Backend Developers with deep expertise in AWS and API development to join our offshore development team. These developers will be instrumental in building and optimizing scalable backend systems and microservices using AWS-native technologies. The project is high-priority, and we are looking for top-tier talent to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, DynamoDB).
• Implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs for integration with front-end and external systems.
• Work with DevOps engineers to automate deployment pipelines and integrate backend services into CI/CD environments.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of backend systems.
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with strong expertise in server-side programming (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proven experience developing RESTful APIs in cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and asynchronous communication patterns (e.g., SQS, SNS).
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.), and containerization (Docker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote settings.

Nice to Have:

• AWS Certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC.
• Background in financial or enterprise-level projects.
