We have an opportunity for a Sr Program Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Finland (Capital Area Helsinki). Honeywell adopts are flexible hybrid working model where you'll be able to work 3 days from office and 2 days from Home.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be at the forefront of project management excellence, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include Hold ultimate responsibility for delivering and managing projects on time and within budget, effectively managing risks. Act as the primary interface to Honeywell’s customers, embodying professionalism consistent with Honeywell values.
• Review and manage the project scope as sold, producing, monitoring, and maintaining project delivery schedules. Produce accurate commercial forecasts and reports, closely monitoring revenue, margin, cost budgets, and billings throughout the project. Drive the Honeywell safety culture, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements/regulations.
• Lead project teams in adopting, implementing, and complying with policies, processes, and business and project execution best practices. Assess and manage internal and external resources, including subcontracting, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Engage with sourcing to manage and negotiate third-party suppliers for material plan and budget attainment
• Ensure timely delivery of design specifications and project documentation. Manage Honeywell and third-party equipment inspections and tests. Facilitate change management processes to ensure customers and management are aware of changes in project scope. Track project status and provide monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage risks and opportunities, taking early action to minimize risks. Ensure projects are delivered to time, budget, and customer satisfaction. Control and report revenue, cost, billing, and GM to ensure performance against forecasts. Manage projects' Working Capital, ensuring billing is as per contract or better and all payments are collected timely. Champion and lead project Quality Assurance.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• 3+ years experience in managing a variety of projects within an engineering environment, including managing local and remote teams
• Experience in managing project financials, BMS (Building Management System) and managing negotiations with clients / suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and manage conflicting priorities
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills in both Finnish and English
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques including PMIS, MS Project and SAP and Willing to travel
