What Responsibilities Product Designer Takes?

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals
• Design and maintain the components, UI patterns, and documentation for the design system and component library
• Develop consistent and pixel-perfect designs
• Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and gather user feedback
• Refine and improve workflows and features
• Contribute to end-to-end product development processes and follow the process
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
• Keep up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the importance of design within the organization

What BtcTurk | Teknoloji Expects from You?

• 3+ years of experience working as a UI-UX Designer or Product Designer in a tech company
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Plenty of experience contributing to a design system or even leading the creation of one
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design concepts
• Experience translating insights into actionable design solutions
• Able to translate complex features into a refined and achievable backlog
• Experience working directly with Software engineers in an agile environment and understanding the software development lifecycle, as well as modern software engineering concepts
• Understanding high level architectures and making decisions accordingly
