QA/QC ENGINEER

QA/QC Engineer - MEP

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join the team, working on Data Centre construction projects and high spec ICT Deployments across Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform on-site quality inspections based on established daily goals and benchmarks.
• Resolve immediate issues or discrepancies in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead and support Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team members throughout project phases to ensure standards are consistently met.
• Develop and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to resolve non-conformities and mitigate quality-related risks.
• Monitor team performance, offering constructive feedback to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Represent the project at stakeholder meetings, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to communicate updates, address issues, and develop collaborative solutions.

Requirements:

• MINIMUM of 3 years QAQC experience.
• Experience in Data Centre construction or related projects.
• IPAF Certification.
• Mechanical or Electrical background.
• CSCS Card or equivalent
