We're supporting a fast-growing fintech company in Oslo that’s reshaping how consumers refinance debt. Their platform simplifies personal finance by offering better loan deals to everyday people – and they need a creative mind to help bring their brand and messaging to life through compelling visual content.

They’re now hiring a Multimedia Designer to work across visual tools – from slick motion graphics and social clips to evolving the company’s visual identity and contributing to product design.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit video content for marketing and product (motion graphics, subtitles, clipping, etc.)
• Design for multiple channels – social, blog, and website.
• Take ownership of brand visuals and help evolve the brand identity over time.
• Contribute to UX and UI projects where needed (a nice bonus).

What You Bring:

Must-haves:

• Strong experience in video editing & motion design (Premiere, After Effects, or similar).
• Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video or motion content.
• Ability to clip, subtitle, and animate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for visual design and branding.

Nice-to-haves:

• Some UX/UI experience (e.g. prototyping, website layout).
• Brand design experience and ability to evolve visual identity.
• Experience in Figma or related tools.
• Norwegian speaking (required for collaboration and internal meetings).
