Job Description & Responsibilities
- Contribute in corporate training.
- Closely working with Sales team to mature the sales deals.
- Provide the demonstration to customers on various manage engine solutions.
- Attend the customer support calls either through remote or onsite.
- Enable the Level 1 team on various manage engine solutions through a continuous training process.
- Participate in scoping the RFP in favor of organisation.
- Involve in full-fledge solution deployment as per the defined scope of work.
- Closely working in pre-sales activities.
- Support sales team to create the technical proposal as per customer requirement.
