We have an urgent requirement for Customer Support Engineer- ManageEngine with our client-based QATAR

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Contribute in corporate training.
  • Closely working with Sales team to mature the sales deals.
  • Provide the demonstration to customers on various manage engine solutions.
  • Attend the customer support calls either through remote or onsite.
  • Enable the Level 1 team on various manage engine solutions through a continuous training process.
  • Participate in scoping the RFP in favor of organisation.
  • Involve in full-fledge solution deployment as per the defined scope of work.
  • Closely working in pre-sales activities.
  • Support sales team to create the technical proposal as per customer requirement.
