Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT network and cloud operations, design automation solutions for repetitive O&M tasks, and implement efficient tools.
• Enhance infrastructure operations and lead project delivery—ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
• Deliver compliant and efficient IT/cloud services to support business operations effectively.

Skills:

• Ability to design and implement network, cloud, and application systems with high availability, performance, and recoverability.
• Expertise in diagnosing system performance and reliability issues and recommending optimized solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to align with cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience in IT infrastructure O&M, R&D cloud services, and independent project delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in cloud services or IT infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with general framework design and reusable module creation.
• ITIL certification or cloud-related certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform.
