Job summary:

You will own the evolution of our mobile application for a centralized cryptocurrency exchange. This all-in-one platform empowers users to securely store and manage their digital assets while accessing a full suite of trading and financial tools, including: spot, margin and perpetual trading; lending and borrowing, gamification elements, trading contests and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the mobile vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with overall CEX objectives
• Monitor competitor mobile apps and market products to identify differentiation opportunities and enhance our offering
• Collect user feedback, analyze market trends, and prioritize features and improvements to maximize engagement and retention
• Mobile UX best practices across onboarding, KYC flows, trading, deposits/withdrawals, 2FA, notifications, and more
• Define and track key KPIs (e.g., DAU/MAU, completion rates, crash metrics) and leverage insights to drive continuous product optimization
• Implement and refine features to grow LTV and ARPU
• Organize user interviews and usability tests, then analyze feedback to uncover pain points and inform solutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years mobile products management (fintech, trading, or crypto preferred)
• Knowledge of CEX operations is an advantage (trading engine, processing, finance segregation)
• A proven track record of launching and scaling iOS & Android apps with 50K+ MAU users
• Mastery of mobile UX patterns, performance profiling, and App Store/Play Store submission
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with A/B testing and user analytics (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel and etc)
• Excellent storyteller and facilitator—comfortable rallying engineers, designers, and stakeholders
