Graphic Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Visual Communications team. This team delivers a wide range of creative services that strengthen our clients' brand identities and enhance their marketing and corporate communications through compelling visual content.

The ideal candidate is a versatile visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking, and confidence working across various formats and design tools.

You will be responsible for creating visual concepts and producing high-quality assets for:

• Digital (social media posts and ads, web ads and banners, email templates),
• Print (posters, flyers/brochures, e-magazine layouts),
• Live presentations (slide decks),
• Web/mobile UI (UI illustrations, icons and splash screens)
  
  

In this client-facing role, excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential. You'll be collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life through effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and create engaging and brand-consistent designs across multiple formats:
• Branding & Identity (logos, style guides, brand kits)
• Illustration (custom illustrations, icon sets)
• Infographics & Data Visualization (charts and graphs)
• Layout Design (slide decks, reports and whitepapers, magazines layout)
• Marketing Design (promotional ads)
• Drive design communication by gathering requirements, presenting creative concepts, and addressing feedback with clarity and professionalism
• Own design process overseeing it from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time, client-ready results
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and actively contribute ideas to elevate visual storytelling and strengthen brand impact
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role working with international clients within the IT industry or design studio/agency
• Relevant portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and PowerPoint (advanced user)
• Experience in data visualization, with a strong ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals
• Experience in creating visual assets for product marketing campaigns
• Interest in leveraging AI-powered design tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian, with strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and leading client discussions
