UX/UI Product Designer – FinTech Scale-Up (Hybrid, London)
A fast-growing FinTech is redefining how individuals and families engage with their finances. Using portfolio analytics, behavioural psychology, and cutting-edge UX/UI, they are building a transformational financial experience. As they expand, they’re looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to shape both the client journey and internal operational tools.
The Role
You'll design high-quality, user-focused interfaces across native iOS and Android apps, a web client portal, and internal tools. This role is perfect for a driven, ambitious designer who wants to take ownership of projects and progress their career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, prototypes, and interactive mockups for mobile and web applications
- Work within and evolve an established Figma design system
- Conduct user research and iterate designs based on feedback
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers
- Stay up to date with iOS, Android, and web design best practices
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years' experience in UX/UI or product design, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and design system management
- Ability to work independently in a non-hierarchical, collaborative team
- A problem solver who thrives in an evolving environment and wants to progress their career
