We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Technical Pre-Sales/Support Engineer (m/f) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams with expert technical knowledge and hands-on assistance.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of support requests, managing, processing, and documenting them via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
  • Conduct structured and solution-oriented error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop technical content
  • Design and deliver technical presentations for customers
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support
  • Prepare offers in collaboration with the sales department


Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training in network technology, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of network technology (Ethernet/IP)
  • Experience with Linux & scripting is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support and/or pre-sales
  • Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of German, both written and spoken
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel internationally
