We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and in-store platforms.

• In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping user journeys and interfaces that align with both user expectations and business goals.
• You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to define priorities, guide design decisions, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Translate project briefs into intuitive and optimized user journeys across all digital interfaces.
• Design aesthetic, functional UI components for mobile apps, websites, and interactive kiosks, considering both customer and employee use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Creative, Product Owners, Business Units) to define priorities and functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in weekly project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet strategic and brand standards.
• Conduct and facilitate design workshops and user research to gather insights and refine experiences.
• Continuously improve the user experience through data analysis and usability testing.
• Act as a UX advocate within the organization, promoting design best practices and a user-first mindset.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design within complex digital ecosystems, preferably B2C retail or food-related platforms.
