Junior Growth Executive

We're on the hunt for a high-energy, fast-moving Junior Growth Executive to join our team and make an immediate impact. This is not your average entry-level marketing role—you'll be in the thick of campaign execution, paid ads, marketing ops, and strategic ideation. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn fast, take ownership early, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Keep marketing processes running smoothly—manage campaign calendars, reporting, and coordination across tools and teams
• Assist in marketing workflows, performance tracking, and budget management
• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks—documentation, deadlines, and deliverables are in your line of sight
  
  
  

Paid Ads Support

• Help build, QA, and launch paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more
• Track key metrics and support with regular reporting
• Ensure pixels, UTMs, and tracking links are correctly implemented
  
  
  

Strategic & Creative Involvement

• Contribute ideas in growth sprints, campaign planning, and brainstorms
• Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor moves to help spot opportunities
• Support campaign experimentation and help shape test-and-learn strategies
  
  
  

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with design, content, product, and external partners to keep campaigns moving
• Help turn ideas into action—fast
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or growth (internships count!)
• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership—you don't wait to be told, you spot what's needed and jump in
• Comfortable moving fast, juggling tasks, and handling shifting priorities with grace
• Naturally curious—you want to understand how things work and how to make them better
• Eager to grow and hungry to contribute—your energy is contagious
• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or basic analytics
