Descriptif du poste

Within the AI Engineering squad, you'll collaborate on state-of-the-art models for document understanding, retrieval, agentic systems, and optimization techniques. Leveraging those, you'll contribute to the next generation of features integrated into our platform and production environment. 🚀

Here are some topics that we're actively working on and you'll get involved in:

📄 Contribute to developing and implementing advanced document understanding pipelines leveraging layout analysis, heuristics, and multi-modal models for information extraction and processing.

You will work alongside the team on creating and integrating sophisticated pipelines tailored to accurately and efficiently extract structured information from diverse document types.

🦀 Collaborate on optimizing model inference and processing pipelines for blazingly-fast performance, exploring and implementing cutting-edge frameworks and techniques.

Your role will involve partnering with colleagues to enhance the speed and efficiency of both model inference and overall document processing workflows, implementing techniques to reduce latency and increase throughput.

📊 Participate in building market studies, landscape analysis, and risk identification agents by applying advanced document analysis and AI techniques.

You will play a part in developing AI-driven agents that can analyze large volumes of documents to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks, informing strategic decisions.

🤖 Engage in designing and building sophisticated agentic systems for orchestrating complex AI workflows, including document processing, advanced reasoning and multiple tools at hand.

You will contribute to the development of agents capable of coordinating multiple models, data sources, and execution graphs, extending our framework to new requirements and continuously improving performance through tuning and orchestration.

• 📚 Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or any related field.
• 💻 You have strong software engineering skills to bring ideas to life in production.
• 🔬 Proactive, detail-oriented engineer who delivers clean, maintainable, and high-performance code with a focus on quality.
• 🏎️ Passion for optimizing model performance and inference speed.
• 🧪 Scientific mindset with insatiable intellectual curiosity.
• 🤝 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
